The second Commandaria food festival in Kalo Chorio, a Commandaria village above Lemesos: local wine, zivania and village cooking.
Moved from September, the festival fills the square of Kalo Chorio with Commandaria, local wine and zivania to taste, and with village cooking: palouze made in front of visitors, who can help, soutzoukos, pisies, halloumi and resi.
Traditional music plays through both days, and local crafts and produce are on sale. For details, call the Kalo Chorio Community Council on 25 542580.
