Zivania Festival — 15th edition

Alona in Pitsilia shows how zivania is made, from crushing the grapes to the still, and pours it free.
Zivania and palouze are offered free. Visitors can watch the grapes milled and crushed and the spirit distilled, and dishes made from grape must prepared; a market sells zivania, wine, cured meats, fruit and nuts, with traditional music and dance.
